Live Schedule
Operational Transparency begins with the project schedule detailing a timeline of the entire project from preliminary concept design to the end of construction. The schedule has a calendar, list and gantt chart view - to view linked line items and lead times clearly.
All line items are categorised by project phases such as Concept Design, Site Prep-work, Resource Consent and more. Project managers update the schedule daily to accurately reflect the project.
Investors are able to view this schedule to keep informed of the current project status and upcoming events.
OPERATIONAL TRANSPARENCY
Daily Site Diaries
Project managers will summarise all actions that took place in the day in the form of a daily site diary.
The investor has access to these diary entries and is able to directly add a comment to the log.
These daily logs will have written updates as well as uploads of any relevant documentation received that day.
