NZPCF’s objective is to deliver efficient investment avenues in residential property developments managed by Shorcom Limited. NZPCF have in place advanced risk management and operational transparency mechanisms to protect the interest of stakeholders.
NZPCF's lending framework secures wholesale funds at a competitive annual rate, which are used for Shorcom's well-managed projects with a total value of NZD$143.7M.

Chief Executive Officer
Anthony is the founder and CEO of NZPCF and has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He aims to address issues such as climate change, housing shortages, construction challenges, and broader social impacts through NZPCF.
Brett La Hood
Technical Manager
Brett has 39 years of experience in construction starting in high rise mechanical services and has been managing Technical Teams for 25 years. He oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of technological company systems and processes
Ammar Bakrolwala
Logistics
With five years of experience in both Indian and New Zealand development sectors, Ammar, a seasoned civil engineer, brings expertise to his role. He manages logistics for NZPCF ensuring smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
Dean Drever
Sales Manager
Dean, a construction veteran with 30+ years' experience, excels in project acquisition and managing investor funds for profitable returns. His expertise spans residential and commercial sectors, ensuring seamless project execution while maximising profits.
Adrian Brown
Senior Legal Counsel
Adrian has 10 years of general counsel of a large investment company and more than 10 years of experience in private practice law firms in NZ, Australia, and the Middle East. Adrian is a member of the advisory board for NZPCF.

Senior Lecturer
Damien is a Lecturer at Otago University, his research aim is to study decision-making processes that affect global markets, international business, and trade policy decisions. Damien is a member of the advisory board for NZPCF.
